Director
Leo Espiritusanto Hernandez is a seasoned professional whose career
reflects decades of experience in public administration, education,
business management, and real estate. In February 2020, he was
appointed as Member of the Board of Directors of the Philippine
Mining Development Corporation.
Mr. Hernandez earned his degree in Behavioral Sciences from Ateneo
de Davao University and later completed his Master in Business
Administration and Master in Public Administration degrees at the
University of the Philippines. He also pursued further studies in Public
Administration and Philippine Studies at the graduate level.
Over the years, he built a diverse professional background that
included teaching, consultancy, public service, and corporate work. He
taught business and management courses in various academic
institutions, worked with government agencies as a consultant, and
became actively involved in the real estate sector as a licensed real
estate broker and leader within the Philippine Association of Realty
Boards (PAREB). He also helped in the development of the Bachelor of
Science in Real Estate Management program under the Commission on
Higher Education.
Aside from his professional work, Mr. Hernandez has long been active
in civic, religious, and community organizations. His broad experience
in governance, education, business, and organizational development
continues to provide valuable insight in both public and private sector
engagements.
