Director
Rolando C. Manalo is a retired military officer and public servant who
dedicated many years of his career to leadership, security operations,
and national defense. In February 2020, he was appointed as Member
of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Mining Development
Corporation.
Mr. Manalo graduated from the Philippine Military Academy and later
earned his Master in Public Administration degree from Philippine
Christian University. Throughout his military career, he held several key
leadership positions within the Philippine Army and the Armed Forces
of the Philippines, including Brigade Commander, Assistant Division
Commander, Chief of Staff, and Inspector General. His work covered
areas such as intelligence, strategic communications, security
management, and national defense operations.
After retiring from military service, Mr. Manalo continued to share his
expertise as a security consultant in the private sector. He also
completed various leadership and executive training programs focused
on strategic management, negotiation, and national security. With his
years of experience in both military and civilian service, he brings
practical leadership and valuable insight in governance and
organizational management.
