Oscar P. Yuvienco is a graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering at the University of the Philippines. He served as PMDC Head of Purchasing Property/Materials Management in 2006 and Procurement Officer from 2007-2022 before his appointment as HR and Administration Manager in 2022.

Prior to joining PMDC he has long years of sales and purchasing experience in the private sector working in firms such as Commercial Exponents and Concrete Aggregates Corporation where he is involved in bidding and implementation of infrastructure projects and later served as Technical Audit. He also engaged in farming from 1970-1977 in his hometown Naic, Cavite.

He is a member of the Gamma Sigma Phi Fraternity of UP Diliman.
